Solved radio problems in my xxx sct
I ordered a Losi XXX-SCT here on amazon. The truck is great and an excellent value for the price. Problem is though, when driving it the truck could occasionally lose control for no apparent reasons whether running in a straight line or coming around a corner. I did some research online and found adding a capacitor to the receiver would help reduce "brown-outs" caused by a voltage drop in the receiver commonly caused by the servo using up the available juice resisting directional changes. By installing a cap, it would compensate for these drops by supplying it's power to the receiver and servo when otherwise a brown-out would occur. My first run after installing this was uneventful, which means it's doing its job. The cap is working great and my truck now controls reliably with no more "cutting-out" on the controls. This seems to be a necessity for electric RC cars and for $10 or even less to build your own, there's really no reason not to use it.

Finally
Had a cheap but powerful steering servo from hobbyking, and hobbyking actually refunded my money because we thought it was busted because of the glitching. Using this capacitor helped my issue 1000%, its crazy that anyone would overlook a simple servo capacitor. I will add a capacitor to every one of my rc cars. Not this one because its pricey, but there are others to be had for much less with the same outcome

cheap fix for my rc AWESOME
Installed on my rc running a tekin rs (gen1) running dual parallel tekin caps that came with esc (old esc fried sent it in for warrenty kept old cap) my rc is also running a fan and a savox coreless digital high res servo. The car would cut out power when the servo hit full lock and held it there for over a second my power from my esc would cut out. This cap fixed my issue totally. Well worth the $10 I paid. I installed it in an open channel slot taking care to make sure the red and black wires were correct in matching my servo and esc red and black wires going intomy reciever so the polarity would be correct.Great product would recommend to anyone having a similar issue it was a cheap fix and I was close to replacing my servo too WHEW

Works perfect
Used on a 4 channel Airtronics reciever running 3 servos. I had problems with the reciever cutting out due to the voltage load of the servos, but after installing the Glitch Buster the voltage stabilized and I have not had any problems since. Note: I installed it in parallel with the servo for the 'dig' unit on my rock crawler using a 'Y' adapter.
