I can't believe how uncomfortable this chair is.
I thought that this chair was meant to have a soft, comfortable seat with some suspension that would allow me to game for hours in ultimate comfort but alas, it's like sitting on a foam covered rock.I wanted something different and more comfortable for gaming than my Steelcase v2 and my Aeron, so I ordered this as the reviews that I saw said they were awesome and when I spoke to someone at the factory they told me it was essentially the same as their $2000 - $3000 executive chair.I've had it for less than a month and I have to say that it's one of the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever used for gaming. Maybe it's just a lemon but I thought they made these on demand. I'm very disappointed and I think I'm going to be sending it back and get myself a new steelcase or a Herman Miller gaming chair.

After 15 years experience with this brand …
My office chair is of the same brand. I've used it daily for over 15 years. It's well built and so I selected this brand for the home. Glad I did. Completely adjustable and confortable
