I've tried several different brands of black seed oil on here and so far this one seems like the best quality yet. It makes me feel really great when I take it regularly. I try to find one's with 2% tq or higher and this one has it. I see reviews where people won't take black seed oil bc of the taste and that it upsets their stomach and I concur on both, however, there are ways around both. To take, I put a teaspoon under my tongue and take a swig of water after to wash it down, then a few more swigs to get it all down and no taste left in the mouth. I never taste it that way. You also should take it after a meal, not on an empty stomach. It makes me very queasy and burpy if I don't eat first. So I make sure to take it after breakfast and no stomach issues at all! Highly recommend.

I'm new to black seed oil. I just started cold pressing my own but wanted a bottle to try before I started. I haven't taken this internally. I tried it on my skin and it makes it incredibly soft. It does have the strong scent of black seed. The only thing I have to point out is there is no way you will get a golden color oil from black seeds unless you refine them or use heat and solvents in extraction. Due to this, I no longer feel it is safe for me to use.

One of my sons and daughters swear by this black seed oil. They said it does a lot of good things for the body. This is the third bottle purchased. I've tasted it once but didn't like the taste, it must be doing something for them. So far they are not saying anything negative about this black seed oil. It is reasonably priced. It is just as described.

Great quality. Making a difference in my skin. My hormones have been out of whack this year and have resulted in more congested pores. I have noticed a difference in my skin being less flaky-dry, and much less prone to breakouts. I use it every few days on clean skin like a mask to regulate, or during a breakout I use it under my moisturiser before bed.
