Nileux HB3 9005 Led Headlight Bulb ZES 2nd LED Chips 12000 Lumens Pair 3000K 6500K 8000K Color Films Included Conversion Kit

I have been testing led Bulbs on my new Tacoma for the past month now. So far I have tested over 18 different H11/H9 bulbs that are on amazon and also some high end PIAAs.It is important to know that all bulbs work differently depending on the housing. Fortunately for me my High/Low/Fog are all the H11/H9 size. With my lows being a projector housing and the High/Fog being reflector housings.Now on to the lights..I had high hopes with these lights as they are advertised as having Philips ZES led chips. Which by the way are a much whiter light than a Cree and also Philips brightest chip. I would even say they are brighter than most automotive Cree chips as well. They look like Philips chips in them as well but once installed I have to say I was more than disappointed. They definitely are not true Philips ZES chips. They did emit a white light just didn’t have the lux (brightness) of most others I have tested.I decided to take them out and return them since I was more than disappointed. Upon removal of the one I had in there I noticed the base was loose and not tightened to the insert that is supposed to be adjustable. I had to remove that piece very carefully from the light assembly.Once out I tried to tighten the collar with the Allen provided but that didn’t work because the screw on both bulbs was stripped..(I still had the other bulb in the box and never even used it).The design was also bulky compared to most and got hot when turned on for a very short amount of time.Overall conclusion.Don’t buy these bulbs. They heat sink does not work efficiently compared to others and the collar design is the worst I have seen yet. If they fixed the collar design and put true Philips chips in like advertised these would be great lights and I would even pay a little more if that was the case.My suggestion. Try the Hikari Eye of megatron or Piaa platinum. Those were some of the best ones I have tried.

Nice and white lights. You might need to adjust your lights down a little, I didn't yet. I actually didn't relize that these are high beams so I'm using them as lowbeams. The only thing is that they are little loose when you install them. They are not loose loose but just not as tight as other lights or OEM

These are good I guess. Not really that Brite for an LED. I would definitely try something else rather than these. The only reason for three stars is due to the fact that they are bright enough for me, which I don't have vision problems, and the color that they produce is an amazing color which I like. Other than that these are a very cheap LED headlights bulb replacement that at the end of the day gets the job done but is just alright.

I installed them 30 days ago, and until today in my opinion they extremely worthy. I will write another review in 2 months.

8 months in and both low beams are out nearly simultaneously. Factory bulbs function in the same socket Seller doesn't reply to have them warrantied under the 1 year warranty.

Definitely order again

This is a very large headlight if you have limited space it will not fit
