Great machine! Works! I was experiencing anterior ankle impingement (at least that's what I self researched and diagnosed myself to have) from decades of ankle abuse of skateboarding, snowboarding and just being active. I didn't want to do surgery since recovery would be up to a year, and it's not guaranteed that it will work. So I looked into alternative options and found ESWT. I looked up prices at clinics and they were charging about $250 for a 30 minute session. Too expensive for me so I went with getting my own machine. The PerVita PSP10 had good reviews, and was decently priced compared to the other brands, so I bought one. Four months later, barely any pain in my ankles! I use it about 3 times a weeks for about 20 minutes each session. I am now using it for all other aches and pains, and so far so good. Just make sure to maintenance it and oil it regularly (I use silicon oil). It's great that it comes with extra rubber pads and other items as I already went through one pad. The machine is built pretty solid, it seems like it would last a while. Plus, customer service is excellent. I highly recommend using it for anyone, especially those that are active & aging! Get one before the tariffs kick in!

This shockwave device is a game changer. Quality so far has been great and customer service is top notch. In just one use, I felt a significant tension release on my waist. I have also tried their massage guns and you can tell they want to create high quality equipment!!! Can’t go wrong with this company, beyond exceeded my expectations!!

I bought the PSP10 and it has been a complete game changer. My manual work is fantastic, but this is the difference between building a house by hand and using power tools. The machine gets into trigger points without the need for the painful pressure, but gives an even better source of relief and relaxation. My clients are of all ages and they call it miraculous and futuristic. I can identify this on 90 year olds without compromising their tissues. It promotes lymphatic drainage and easily releases psoas and diaphragm. People don’t need the same recovery time as they usually do with a rehabilitative massage because there’s no damage to the tissue, so they want to be seen a few times a week rather than just once or twice.I like to use it in combination with the Rapid Release to further promote good blood flow and muscle hydration. I also will use it with PEMF. It’s a great tool to have on hand. I usually use levels 1-3 on backs, legs, stomachs, and shoulders and 3-6 on glutes depending how much tissue they have.The customer service is incredible. The team responds within hours of submitting requests and then overnighted me a new unit when I had an issue.I’m really happy to see this product on the market as an alternative to the overpriced Wasabi. It works just as well as the $60k machines I’ve used in plastic surgeons offices. The results speak for themselves.You can use this product on yourself pretty easily, as well as on clients. You do need to communicate with them if you aren’t great at knowing trigger points, but they will tell you when you get a good spot.I have two friends with MS and this is their favorite of all my machines. It eliminates the need for most of the deep work I would normally have to do and my results are better than my manual work.My most common settings are 2 intensity and 8 frequency. 3000 bps and then wait 3 minutes for the machine to cool. You have to wait even for the $60k units, so this is not really a problem.It IS noisy, but not overstimulating because the noise is consistent. I bought a bunch of disposable earplugs for my sound sensitive clients. You can get like 500 on amazon for $10. You can also cover their ears with a towel and it will help.I 100% recommend this product for anyone who does deeper or rehabilitation work- massage therapists, RMT, PT, even doctor’s offices should have these. Your Swedish people will not appreciate it unless they’re in pain and would let you go deeper.

While the machine works well WHEN it works, we have TWO now that died early. First one lasted only 10 weeks before it began to fail and completely failed within a month. Then we ordered a second one to use while we had the other one repaired or exchamged (which has not yet happened) and the second one died within 3 weeks. We ARE in contact with the seller - they may yet make good on this but NOT YET!————OK.A SERIOUS update is due here. While the first machine DID malfunction and we did, we think, figure out why the second machine was giving us trouble (that has been fixed - we think), it would be inappropriate to not now give KUDOS for the response from the seller about our problems when we were able to properly get in touch. They MADE GOOD on their end and provided excellent support and even REPLACED the troublesome unit at their expense. We are totally impressed. Sometimes rising to challenges says more about someone that having no issues to rectify. Thank you.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using this machine for a little over 6 months now, and I have to say that is a life changer. This device gives me immediate relief after my sports activities. I have bad knees and every time I finish a long ride I find comfort using it. For me twice a week does wonders. Another pointer is the excellent customer service they offer. Jeff goes above and beyond with the support. My machine was having some issues and it was replaced in just a few days. I don't have anything but great thing to say about this product. It worth every penny.

The PSP10 is easy to set up and use and is a high quality ESWT machine for a reasonable price. The service response is excellent.

This device works exceptionally well for home use! I’m so happy I purchased it to help with my foot pain. Plus, the customer service is fantastic!
