Really love the feel and the results of this product. It seems to simulate the process of facial exercises that are so trendy and popular now, but more easily and without having to use oils(which my skin hates), and having to use your fingers. As a bonus, a silicone facial cleanser was included, which I hadn't any knowledge of before, but I now adore this little thingamajig (which buffs skin in the cleansing process and clears away dead skin cells), and will order more of these for future use.Additionally, I can't say enough about the seller experience. I received a warm email from them soon after I ordered, thanking me for the order, and stating their intention to make me a completely satisfied customer. They reached out to me 2 more times before the package even arrived I think just to check in...unheard of in Customer Service in this day and age. When one of the ends snapped off of the rod I let them know directly, and they apologized profusely and not only refunded the product, but also sent out a new one as well. This is a beautiful roller. So much nicer than the jade roller that I have. The coolness feels great on my face and it makes me so relaxed after using this. I will keep it in the freezer and use it every night to refresh my face. The silicone scrubber is awesome at cleaning out the pores without scratching my skin. I definitely recommend this roller.

Great, well-made product from a reputable small company. I love that the jade is always cool and smooth - I use it almost every morning to depuff my eyes and create a more plumped up skin before applying make up. The facial scrubber was a great extra and I use it very frequently. Highly recommend every woman over "a certain age" add this to their beauty routine!

I love this product. The silicone face scrubber makes my skin feel so clean. After the first use of the roller my skin was softer, plumper, and more luminescent than it's been in years. I washed with a gently royal jelly foaming soap, and used a Palo santo and copal infused oil as a moisturizer. I would definitely recommend this purchase to my friends.

This rose quartz roller came highly recommended from one of my favorite bloggers and I've seen them popping up everywhere, so thought I'd give one a try. The packing is nice and I love that there is a cleaning brush, as well as helpful instructions included. I've been using the roller for about a week on my face now and love the cool massaging feeling!

Ordered this on a whim after reading some magazine articles about facial rollers, and now I love it. As suggested, I keep mine in the refrigerator & it feels so refreshing to use it (especially on puffy, tired eyes in the morning) - - it really seems to awaken the skin!. My order arrived beautifully packaged, and the roller itself is sturdy & works well. I had thought the silicone scrubber would be just a "throw-away" item, but I have fallen in love with it, too. I keep it in the shower & use it every night with my facial cleanser. I have no hesitation in recommending this seller, and will order from them again when I need a replacement. Just to note, aside from its efficacy, the rose quartz roller also is just beautiful to look at & hold.

I received it last week and used it about 3 times before it fell apart into three pieces as I was massaging my face. I love my roller. It’s so cool against my skin, and the little wrinkle between my eyes is actually almost gone after just 2 weeks! I wouldn’t have believed it but I was in a video and noticed when watching it that my forehead wasn’t wrinkly. And I just love how it feels to use it right before bed.The first roller broke- the big stone fell off and then the metal holding the stone in place broke. But the seller quickly sent me a new one, which is just fine, and i really appreciate how fast they replaced it!It’s a good purchase.
