Tramontina Fajita Pan Set, 6-Piece

I received my pans and was anxious to begin the seasoning process. The pot holders were torn. I used frisbee cast iron seasoning on the pans, and it worked great. I requested new pot holders from seller. Received a reply sorry I'm not happy with their product and instructions on how to return pans. I have 6 hours invested in seasoning,I like the pans (and the good value) and don't want to return the items. I just want pot holders without holes in them. I rate the pans at 5 stars, and their Customer Service at 1 star.

Casting is well done. Factory seasoning plus my own, after 3-4 times of cooking bacon & eggs, surface is now smooth. Handle mitts = nice & thick. This is such a nice set, I came back & ordered second set.

This product I was very excites about. I seasoned it and prepared pans well before using yet when I went to clean them food was too stuck to take off with sponge. I scrubbed n scrubbed when I went to dry them they were ruined. So upset about this purchase only one use and was terribly disappointed.

Love these easy to use with a fabric holder to keep hands from getting burn. They look great in my kitchen with other red decor!

Bought as a Christmas gift for my Dad. He has been wanting these for a while and I was finally able to get them. They look heavy duty, the wood doesn't appear to be too thin or chintzy, so hopefully it does as it should.

Excellent quality for the price, couldn't be happier! Everything works exactly as it should. Only small issue is the clothe holders for the cast iron handles could be insulated a little better, but it's not dangerously bad.
