These inserts are great! I have been wearing them in my shoes for a few months now and they really help with grip and keeping my foot in place. Super comfortable, not bulky, and provide just the right amount of padding!

I was hoping these pads would work and WOW, they are! I’m wearing them in my favorite sandals and they are invisible in my sandals as I walk around. Great product!

I bought these to help shoes fit more snugly because I have narrow feet. There is a nice ridge to help hold your feet back if they are sliding forward in shoes and the sticky grip holds tightly to the shoes so the cushions don’t budge. The cushions don’t use permanent glue-like adhesive like other ball of foot pads, instead the backing is a sticky texture and it can be removed and reapplied many times without loosing its grip or damaging shoe lining. This is a good feature because the one downside to these cushions is that they are very difficult to insert. This is because they are so sticky that it’s hard to position them. Because they do not mold to your feet, you have to get them in just right in order for the ridge to be in a comfortable spot. Depending on the pair of shoes you’re trying to get these into, this can be challenging. Overall though, these work well and I’m happy with them.

I have a hard time wearing any sort of heels or wedges without my feet hurting super bad, so I usually just wear flats or flat sole boots. I really wanted to wear some cute wedges to an upcoming event and figured I would see if I could find something to make it more bearable. Luckily I came across these Pedi Soother ball of foot cushions... they are amazing! They will definitely do the trick because I've been practicing with them in my shoe,lol and no problems at all. They stick securely and stay in place and are definitely just enough padding without being awkward or bulky at all.

These are the best pads I've ever had, and I have tried more than a few. They are thick enough to provide a good cushion but not take up a lot of room in the shoe. It can be a bit trying to get them positioned in the shoe properly, but once in place they stay put. I have already purchased more so that I can leave them in the shoe.
