I’ve only used it one time, but seemed to be easy enough. Worked well and helped me level the top layer of cake.

Perfect for the beginner cake decorater/baker
So easy to use and clean! I've never made a layered cake before so I was anxious with my ability to cut a cake straight/even. This tool is so easy to use, I love that you can adjust where the wire sits so you can get the perfect slice to either trim the top or split in two even pieces. Didn't need much cleaning, a crumb here or there came right off with a quick once-over with a soapy sponge, I wouldn't attempt to clean it in the dishwasher though, I can imagine the wire getting warped from the heat. It's a great quality considering it's plastic and less than $10.

Perfect. Working exactly how I need. But it's good maximum on 9 inch cake or smaller. Not a bigger.

Cake cutter was OK to use. Was not as easy, felt like it was a little flimsy. Though the price was good, I would’ve expected it to be a better quality to make it easy to use and to make perfect cuts.
