Performs very well, flames look fake and clear rocks at bottom don't light all the way across and it's not a complete flush mount in a wall with 2x4 if you want a flush fit you will need to go wit a unit that measures under 4" or less, otherwise I'm very pleased and give it a 5 star with 2 thumbs 👍

the auto overheat shut off activated 1st time I used it and after trying all the resets it will not heat. i'm past the return time frame and there is any information on calling the company. It is properly installed per the instruction manuel that we have.

Very high quality heater, very well made with great quality materials. This is easy to mount or to build a frame around as well. The heat output is impressive and works great for small to medium sized spaces. It has a beautiful look to it when on, the flames are very realistically pictured. The remote works great and with ease allowing you to power on, off and adjust the heat output. It also allows you to just use the heat of picture function one at a time.

So much to say about this right here. What makes it stand out from their competitors is that you can operate it using your hands/fingers(touch screen). This feature is everything to me and of course it comes with a remote control but it fits the image. Not too heavy once you remove it from the boxes and it makes your room looks spectacular!

I have very mixed feelings about this fireplace.It was extremely easy to install, it looks very nice and it puts out a lot of heat. The remote works perfectly and the display is pretty. The only complaint I have is noise.The heating element itself is very quiet and even the heat on full blast is not loud at all. However, for some reason if the speed of the fake fire animation is any higher than level 1 it makes a lot of noise.I can’t figure out why, or how to fix it. It’s not a big deal as I prefer the slower flame look anyway, but it is a little annoying since it doesn’t remember settings from the previous use so I have to turn down the speed of the animation every time I use it. In itself that isn’t a huge issue, but, every time you press a button on the remote it makes a beeping sound so it’s frustrating when I have a baby asleep next to me.Overall it’s a good product, and I’m sure mine is probably just slightly defective.

This heater does a pretty good job of keeping my living room warm. I can't comment on its full extent of warming as it's only gotten down into the 30s (degrees F) but so far so good. I was really happy to find out that it does have an auto mode to only come on when necessary and keep a desired temperature. The temperature that you choose from is in Celsius, so if you're American and aren't familiar then you may have to look up conversion. The only way to choose temperature is with the remote but it's easy to use and actually pretty convenient to have. Originally I was going to have it recessed but I ran into some issues and just wall-mounted it for now. It doesn't look as bad as I thought it would, being wall mounted, but my walls are painted black and my living room is dark so that may be why. While I do think the wall mount will hold it just fine, I also this the mount feels a bit flimsy. The fire looks decent on the yellow setting with red embers but I'm not into the other colors. I do really wish this heater had some sounds of fire but ultimately that's the only thing that I think it's missing.
