Ask for improved packaging.
Screen was delivered in very skimpy plastic envelope with little protection. No surprise that after install tge screen showed evidence of failure. Returned was accepted. Bought a second from different distributer and the screen performs well

Not a fit for LG V10!!
Completely disappointed, the screwdrivers given in this kit are NOT compatible with the LG V10. Would have been nice to know beforehand so we could have been prepared. Will never buy from this seller again.EDIT: After getting the proper screwdriver, found the screen really does not fit the V10. Total waste.
