Works well for safe cutting.
Works well at bakery to use to cut open bags and other end safer to open boxes up than using cutting blade for supplies. Cutting blades dull over time and opening boxes would wear out cutting blades faster. Work provides blades to use with knife. Off brands of knife cost more in long run as springs would break within days. Never have had springs with this knife break after several years of use.
