This heater has form and function, once fitted up it looks amazing, with a column of fire! Then you feel the heat, which makes it that rare combination that looks good and works well.High winds, rain and snow have not touched this heater. It did take 40-45 minutes to put together but that was one-off, don't let it be a worry as some reviews state.If you want to sit out more often this will encourage you.

A little annoyed with the delivery of this as I wasn’t imformed about when it would be delivered. So 2 failed attempts as I wasn’t home meant I had to changed the address to someone that in knew would be home, but then I still had to then get it to my home afterwards.So all of that was unnecessary hassle as amazon deliveries are always so documented and informative.It took about an hour to put it all together but it’s stunning so worth it in the end .It looks smart with the cover on 👍

No issues with the Great Sense who have been excellent , however my initial order went missing in the transport!. I did get replacement following e.mails with Great Sense within 3 days. The fire is superb giving good radiant heat as well as lighting the garden .Greatly admired by neighbours. Only fault was 4 holes which are pre drilled in middle section platform (where ignition is) were not the right size for the bolts supplied which was extremely frustrating. Cover supplied with unit very good.

Nice looking patio heater, little bit fiddly to construct, the worst part being the sticky protective layer on the base parts! Takes an age to get off, but it is a nice heater, just allow a couple of hours to get it together!

Easy assembly, good bundle of regulator and protective cover included. Cannot seem to get the pilot light to work, but don't see why you would need it.Great addition to the garden.

Works a treat, and has wheels for no one around with ease, the metal is fairly thin but exactly what I’d expect at this price point. Looks more expensive than it is and kicks out a moderate amount of heat

Easy to understand instructions and easy assembly. If I can do it anyone can.The heater looks stylish and gives off decent heat. It's not as hot as some I've had but it's adequate.

Looks expensive and although only used it once it gave off a lot of heat . The included cover is a very good quality. Great to have the regulator with the heater. A bit fiddly to put together but well worth it, just add gas and off you go.
