Little hard to use at first by yourself, but I manage. Result was 24% body fat. Very happy with the caliber and body take measure. But still need to loose more body fat. Great tools to have.

Bought this skin caliper hoping to figure out my body fat percentage. You can tell it works really well because after six tries of 3 times each, I found out am too small to exist, completely average, and simultaneously in the super dangerously high category. It's also way over complicated to use so even if you know what you're doing and understand the instructions, it's incredibly uncomfortable to hold, so you're unlikely to get the right measurements.

Awkward to use cheeply made. Not sure if it's accurate.

I see a lot of reviews here that seem to be related to actually reading the instructions and properly zeroing the device. It's built a little on the cheap side but it's also only $11. Seems to be accurate enough. My personal opinion is that people didn't know they were that fat so they're upset about it.

When my Accu-Measure calipers died after 10+ years, decided to give these a try. So here's my review after 6 months...Pretty terrible overall. First, the ergonomics are wonky as others have noted. And second, battery life is terrible.Turns out this is just a $5 fat caliper you can order of AliExpress. Just another dud degrading Amazon's shopping experience.

Works and is surprisingly accurate when I double checked at my gym what my body fat is. My teenage son wants a way to track his body fat and the kind they have at the gym are like $300 so we went with this little digital caliper thing. It’s working so far!

I bought this to check my fat before I started my diet to check my progress. Unfortunately Amazon has changed it's policy so you have to print out labels ( not free) and then return item. With the lithium battery in it it was just easier to keep.Cheap enough but not useful. I was psyched to receive the item but it feel short
