Replacement for Heil Furnace Vent Venter Exhaust Draft Inducer Motor 1172823

Bought this in January and here we are in March and the fan blade inside won’t spin with the metal piece. The plastic inside cracked and can only turn every so often in turn makes the furnace shuts off because it’s not spinning fast enough. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money with this one.

Took about 15 minutes to bring the package in off the porch, check it out to make sure it was right, and get it installed. Works great. Wish it would have shipped a little quicker but it is what it is.

Looked like the OEM, but it is useless.Motor runs for a few moments until the furnace begins to heat but the housing distorts and stop the blades from turning.Furnace shuts down from lack of air flow.Pay the extra cost someone legit to get an actual OEM.

The fit was perfect, unlike the OEM which was metal this is made of plastic. Hope it will hold up to the heat. So far so good

Perfect, identical replacement, works fine for 3 weeks so far. I assume it will keep working. With luck, it will last longer than the 7 years the original worked. (Remember when furnaces just kept working?)

Purchased as a spare and installed about 10 months the later. After about 30min it started to smell like melting plastic and blade/motor barely spun. Had to remove and install old squealing unit till I received a new one. Stay away from this unit.
