I got this floor lamp for my wife's sewing work. The lamp has three kind of light (soft light, day light, white light) and each has five levels of brightness.You can adjust the top part approximately 300 degrees horizontally and 180 degrees vertically. Also you can adjust the connecting body about 45 degrees vertically. Because this lamp is thin and slim, it does NOT take up much space. Also it is not heavy, but very light so that you can move it easily. At the same time, the bottom part is heavy enough to keep the entire body stable and standing firm.Due to its light weight and adjustable brightness, you can use it not only for your desk but also for other purposes like dinner table or living room, etc.So I think this is a great product and would like to recommend it.

Thought it would be a bit taller (less than 5 feet). Also would be nice if cord was threaded through the metal poles as opposed to being outside of the lamp. Otherwise, it looks great, solid material and provides good light.

This light came with a very easy-to assemble layout and with a well protected case. It is heavier and sturdier than it looks, and has multiple lighting mode that can light my room up in a very calm and soft tone.If you are looking for a standing light in your living room, this one could be a great choice!

Nicely-designed and well-built. I left out a vertical section in the stand, to lower the lamp to a laptop-in-lounge-chair configuration, also best for reading (photo 1). The switches are conveniently located in this configuration. Leaving the set-screw loose on the junction of sections, I get a good easy swing on the upper section for getting in and out of my chair. Much better than picking up a goose-neck floor lamp entire, to move it, for example.I adjust the lamp itself to just below my eye level (photo 2). My only niggle is needing to accommodate that bright reflection on the top pivot (seen clearly in both photos), using a bit of black cloth or whatever.But I am definitely very happy with this lamp.

J'ai commandé cette lampe pour éclairer mes partitions quand je joue du piano en pensant que le bras articulé s'abaisserait à l'horizontal mais ce n'est pas le cas. Le premier bras ne s'abaisse que de 45 degrés. Il est donc impossible d'obtenir un angle de 90 degrés avec le pied de la lampe. De plus, l'image indique une rotation de la tête de 270 degrés, ce qui est faux puisque la tête ne tourne pas sur elle même. En plus,le pied de la lampe n'est pas assez lourd et cette dernière est portée à basculer. Le seul point positif pour moi est que l'éclairage de 850 lumens est amplement suffisante pour mes besoins.

The way it turns on and off, by touch, plus all the various settings. I like the swing arm from floor, plus the actual light pivots as well.

Solid construction. Very sturdy in a slim profile. That would be 5 stars if the head can be rotated easier and wider.

Super fast delivery and customer service is top notch. It is so easy to put together. I'm using as a sewing lamp. Works fantastic, a lot of options for lighting brightness and color. Very slight and elegant looking. Absolutely love this lamp.
