I really enjoyed the book...it's a very good read and has some great tips .

A worthwhile investment to improve your health.
The length of this book is deceiving. It includes more valuable information than books twice its size. The author writes from his experience in improving his own health, and sets forth those methods that actually worked. You need not waste your time reading about anything he undertook that did not work, nor are you exposed to endless pages of psychobabble. Unlike some hacking books that are merely a list of unproven or out-of-date suggestions, the information is set forth in the expository mode. The author sets forth the problem, a recommendation to resolve the problem, and why that approach is effective.

Old and out of date
It's a fair summary from 2013, but you can get far more out of Reddit. The products listed are out of date, End of Life or expensive. You can find better resources elsewhere, and it's nothing you can't find with a Google search for Keto, intermittent fasting, bodyhacking & nootropics. The Reddit's for all of those are teeming with users, and have decent resources. Especially for nootropics.I have a body+ scale and a steel series HR watch, but the star of the show is the Dreem2 headband. That will deepen, consolidate and lengthen your deep sleep and give you clinically accurate sleep data. Omron also make some great blood pressure monitors. My doctor uses the model 6, I have the model 7The book isn't worth it IMO

Intro to Biohacking
Is a good book. When you are moving ahead you feel like It’s no new for me, but the most valuable insight is the hardest to follow the whole recommemdations incluyes. Really good book.

Good intro to biohacking.
I think it is a great introduction to Biohacking. I would like an online component to be added, but many resources are given the book. It would just be easier to have a central resource for purchasers of the book to reference. Thanks.

If I can glean even a few bits of information from a book, I consider that book a good buy. I found a couple of things I am going to put on my devices to try, as well as a few more diet and supplement tweaks

This is a great starter read for someone new to biohacking that introduces you to the concept and gives a general overview and many, many suggestions for getting a better nights sleep, becoming more physically fit, achieving stress-free mental clarity and more . Absolutely I would recommend

It's a very good starting point to those initiating in biohacking. Simple schemes to easily test and eventually include in your life. Additionally the book offers good tips and advance alternatives in each area of the biohacking environment.
