Warm and fuzzy!
Wow! The value you get is amazing. Reusable heating pads, rechargeable heart, adorable soft and fuzzy pup. We have a very nervous and anxious foster dog joining the family for a while and we’ve been told she does exceedingly better with another dog. This XL snuggle puppy will be perfect for her to cuddle into and find comfort in while she’s crated. Will update review with her actual reaction!

Puppy loves the stuffie, would love it more if heart worked.
Not sure if I received a previously returned item or not, but the bag was not sealed, everything was inside the dog. The heart and charging cord were inside a box in the dog, but when I tried charging the heart with the cord it came with it wouldn’t charge. The light came on and I thought it was charging so I went to bed. But the next morning it died almost immediately. I plugged it back in and noticed that it doesn’t stay lit up to indicate it’s charging. I tried a different cord (same type of connector) and it did the same thing. Unfortunately the heart is defective and I’m not sure how or if I can just replace the heart since the puppy loves cuddling the dog.

Best emotional support stuffed animal
My parents’ senior golden retriever is a special girl who gets very attached to people. This large stuffed heartbeat dog with the heating pad really helps her when she’s feeling anxious or overwhelmed. She might even think it’s her own puppy! She grabs ahold of it most nights and uses it as a puppy pillow :)

A Good product, I would recommend BUT it is WAY too heavy for my dog to pick up or drag around
I am returning this item but would like everyone to know....this is a Good product.PROS: packaged very well, colors are good, fabric is good, item doesn't smell, this face is so freaking cute, the heating pad is big and fits (almost) the entire length and width of the stuffed animal.CONS: my dog likes to pick up his animals and carry them around everywhere he goes. This item is WAY to heavy for my dog to pick up or drag across the floor, even I found it a bit heavy. The heartbeat device worked well BUT there is nothing soothing about the sound. It sounds like a metal, mechanical, tick-tick-tick. I would still recommend this product if you can get past my particular "cons"
