Works well and stabilises video but the app for it doesn't work anymore and the ZH play app also doesn't work. I got it to work by downloading an older version of the app

There is no way it takes the weight it claims too.However, other than that its a good piece of kit.But it has made its way to my novelty pile of tech which makes an appearance once in a blue moon.

First gimbal I've owned and I'm pretty happy with it.Took a while to get used to how it works but it's fairly intuitive.The construction is well done and it holds the phone securely.Outside of strong winds it seems to hold the shot extremely well and I haven't noticed any real jitters unless you push the gimbal to it's outer limits.This product is really easy to use especially for new and aspiring mobile filmmakers.Works great with my Samsung 9 and super comfortable in my hand while holding it.The EVO Gimbal app is also really convenient to make your videos even better! The staff is also very helpful in answering all of my questions regarding this product.I also looked into other gimbals when searching for a new one, but this one definitely caught my eye. The reason I chose this one over the others is that offers a focus pull and zoom capability as well as buttons that are so easily accessible instead of needing to touch your phone and possibly damaging the motors of the gimbal.Honestly, no complaints! The item overall is great, so much can be done with it, however, it doesn't work with my phone. The description says it has a payload of up to 200kg - great as the iPhone 8Plus is 202kg. The item I was sent was a gimble but the box was printed with the payload as up to 200kg. This may not sound like much but that extra 2kg means the phone will not balance and set on the gimble correctly. If your phone is less than this, great.Check your phone and the description before ordering. Other than this, great item. I'll be sending mine back and looking at one that can handle the weight of my phone.

A great product but the instructions are terrible. It took a lot of internet searching and assistance from another gimble owner to set it up.

Great tool for filming and getting some great photos

This is a nice gimbal, very solid with all the features you would expect. Unfortunately only a subset of these features work in the Android App. They should not be advertising it as compatible with Android without stating this. The manufacturers App is extremely poor, Evo had stated (on their customer forum 6 months ago) that an upgraded version was in development. Yesterday they confirmed that they do not have a release date for this and that development is very slow. They pointed me to a 3rd party app but it too has limited features on Android.So if you are an iPhone user I would highly recommend - for Android users I would say avoid until a suitable app is available.I would give 5 Stars for the Gimbal but zero stars for the app.Evo put some investment into your app and improve your communication with your customers and potential buyers otherwise your products credibility will go down the toilet.

Absolutely amazing. Takes some getting used to but the quality is brilliant. For something as simple as a phone camera, it truely does transform into film like quality videos.
