The media could not be loaded.  I just got this electric fireplace, and I really like it! Great add to the spot I had. Good variety with the flame, colors, sound, and temperature. Has a nice remote control feature.Haven’t used the heater yet, as I mainly got it for the fire ambiance. Everything works good. The only bad thing I will comment on is the noise on the motor, you can hear it even with the noise of the fire sound turned up all the way. With the TV on or music you could cover it up I’m sure, which maybe ok. The other thing I noticed is there a area where the electrical box is it is visible through the screen.Seems like it a new product with Amazon, so not too many reviews. Which is why I am adding one.I got a good price and shipping deal on it for Cyber Monday. The packaging was great, delivered on time with UPS.

The media could not be loaded.  Love the logs, and all the colors. It makes a sound of fire burning too haha. I mounted it on the wall and we had no problem. I am mainly using it for the lights and the aesthetic of a fire place but great that I can use the heating function too. Great space filler for under my TV and mounted console table.

The media could not be loaded.  I have to start this out by saying there was a slight issue with the first fireplace the seller sent. It was immediately replaced and rectified. Kudos to the customer service department. I was amazed when the delivery service showed up at my door the day after the exchange request.I have two other electric fireplaces and they all have their differences in terms of their approach to the look of the flame. This is actually replacing one I purchased last year and was very dissatisfied with due to a very fake looking flame appearance . This has a vivid, fairly realistic flame, the color of which can be adjusted several colors and combinations. I think the orange/red flame is the most realistic but that's an individual decision. The flame bed color can also be adjusted to suit. The background light can be adjusted to your favorite degree of luminosity although I wish there was more latitude. The flame effect is a little higher than I think it would realistically appear. I have a gas burning fireplace for reference.The remote that comes with this is similar in size to a TV remote so it's hard to misplace. The remote however takes second place to the fact that this is Alexa compatible which is a major benefit. It can be turned on and off and some functions can be controlled by Alexa as well.The only complaint I have is the memory seems to be limited. It doesn't hold the settings except for flame color when turned on and off. Interestingly enough though, if you have the heat on when you shut it off it will come back on when you turn on the fireplace.In summary, despite some flaws, for the price this is a well designed and multi-featured product.

It’s gorgeous. The colors are so bright with vibrant colors and it look so realistic. Oh my goodness, the best part, it has the wood crackling sounds! I love it!!!

Buyer beware.Maybe it’s just me but I can not use this item. My eyes burn every time I use the heater on it. Not only that but it does not blow out the heat like it should. It says sounds like a real fire when when flames are on. It sounds like metal clanging when flames are on and that will drive you nuts. There were no instructions with it had to figure that out on my own. The wall mount brackets are useless.I’m just saying be careful what you buy from this seller

I love it just didn't like that I had to put the decor together and put the front glass on myself. Once it was together. It's great and it keeps it very warm.

Well, I bought this based on the reviews from Amazon. some of the reviews were good. Some had issues with putting the glass on some. I said that there's didn't get hot or turned off. After a couple minutes or so. it was very easy for me to put together. I followed the directions, put it on 99.9. It got extremely hot. It did not shut off and I had it on for about an hour at that temperature. And I keep it at about 70. No problems at all it doesn't shut off and of course, there are different colors and you also can adjust the flame to a lower flame or higher flying. this particular model also connects to the internet which will give you the Google. A hook up or you can speak to it. Instead of using the remote that is very handy, it's simple and easy to use. Period so I give this a five out of five or ten out of ten and if anything changes out, update my review.

I really like the size and build quality of this fireplace. However, the fire does not look very realistic, the fake flame sounds are ridiculously cheap sounding, and it's louder than I wished for even without the space heater on. However, I love that it is Alexa enabled. Pretty nice to turn it on and off with just my voice. Overall I would buy it again, but Vevor really should fix the fake sound or just remove it all together.
