Love the ingredients in this prenatal/postnatal vitamin! It’s given me the vitamins & minerals I need while postpartum. Bonus that it has methylated B-vitamins in it. Wish I would have had this with my first pregnancy. Highly recommend!

I really like this brand and it has a lot of great ingredients but the taste is just really bad. I am not a sensitive person when it comes to taking vitamins and usually have no problems taking them but these have been difficult to take. The smell is very strong and the burps afterwards last a long time especially if taken with a light meal. I split them two in the morning and two in the evening but I have to take them after a decent meal to lessen the after taste and burps. I am breastfeeding so I can't imagine being pregnant while taking these and the handling the smell/taste well. If not for that I would have really liked these for the ingredients listed.

Only have been taken a month and didn’t like how big they are and hard to swallow. I now have to find a new prenatal pill because these are out of stock.

I'm one of those anxious soon-to-be mothers who wants to make sure I'm doing everything right and to the best of my ability. I have searched high and low for a prenatal that gets close to the RDA with all the goodies like K2, Selenium, Choline etc. I know 4 sounds like a ton to take a day, but it's not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. It does have a typical multi-vitamin smell, so that's kind of difficult to get around. HOWEVER, it DOES NOT give me an upset stomach, nausea, or vitamin burps. I LOVE this, it is an amazing product and I would recommend it to everyone I know. *Note: You do still have to supplement DHA (it's such a huge molecule it doesn't share space well with other vitamins and minerals).

I wanted to love this product but no matter how much I eat or drink with the prenatals, or regardless of taking them morning afternoon or night I get so nauseous. Also my first order the bottle arrived shattered so I had to throw the entire package away. Amazon was quick to help but for how expensive the product is, it was not ideal.

39 and pregnant and this has been the only prenatal that I've had that I can actually say I've seen the difference :) My nails and hair grow like crazy - and strong too! I needed a methylated prenatal and really liked all this one had to offer...the smell is terrible, but the effectiveness is totally worth it. I would definitely recommend to family and friends :)

I tried taking these just before bed. I opened the container and the smell was so so strong. I popped them in my mouth and rolled over for bed. My hand STILL SMELT like the vitamins the next morning. I thought I was just sensitive as I’m pregnant but my husband went to smell them after I told him how bad they were and he was so grossed out. Let’s not even discuss how long the taste lasted.They came highly recommended from a non-toxic group but I simply cannot and will not keep these.

I had been searching for awhile to find a good methylated prenatal vitamin and this has been my favorite thus far. I haven’t noticed any bad taste with these and have easily been able to take them regularly with my other daily vitamins without feeling nauseous or having an upset stomach. Definitely will be repurchasing!
