Heats up well and you can actually feel the massage
I've been let down by cheaper heating pads in the past so I was hesitant to buy one again but I was very surprised by this one. This one is the best one I have tried. You can actually feel the heat and the massage. My previous one was more vibration then a massage. The cover is nice and soft the belt comes with an extender for us plus size people which was a bonus. It comes with 3 timer options 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes. There's 3 heat settings low, medium and high and it actually feels really warm unlike others I have tried. This would be perfect to help soothe the pain of time of the month cramps. This is 1 of those items where it's definitely worth it to spend more to get a better product. I highly recommend this heating pad.

No complaints whatsoever, it works great on lower back ache
I don't have back problems per se but after a day driving busses often my lower back hurts and this has been great for the two days I've been using it, heat and massage together work well, it's well-made, easy to use, and works, buy with confidence.
