Having worked in the automotive business, I can say that this carpet performs exactly as you’d expect.

East to use and lay

It’s alright, it’ll get the job done but it came incredibly creased, I’m hoping the creases come out when I fit it

As a professional campervan converter I have used many different types of carpet and this is right up there with the worst I’ve ever used . Even with the tiniest of stretches it becomes transparent , the pile is similar to that of velvet that raises if rubbed the wrong way , but won’t brush back down leaving it looking horrific , there is also a really tacky sheen to the fabric which I’ve never had with any other I’ve used , it’s also impossible to cut neatly without leaving a fluffy edge , the pile literally comes off in your hand whilst trying to smooth it out , avoid this at all cost unless you’re happy with poor quality , buy cheap buy twice

Only using it for a DIY parcel shelf, so it's okay for that, and at a decent price. Would avoid it for any purpose where'd you would be in contact with it a lot though.Pictures in the preview make the material seem smooth. It is not. It's quite scratchy. The edges aren't as bad, so maybe it just needs a bit of fabric softener to loosen/smooth the fibers a bit.

Purchased a 1m x 2m piece. Upon arrival it measured 95cms x 198cms and with untidy cut edges. Complained to supplier who asked for photos which I sent. They claimed to reply within 24 hours. Instead they have completely ignored my message for over a week.
