Really like the look and I’d say it’s similar to the photo, just runs small and is tight so I am returning it to size up

Great color (wine), fit is on point because the fabric is a bit stretchy which offers the bonus of comfort. I am obsessed with the design aspect but I didn't love the feel of the fabric, it feels rough not soft. I also disliked that the inner skirt as it is a bit too wide at the hips for the outer skirt which makes for a baggy fit. Otherwise (and with a little sewing ) its a very cool looking skirt and the price was appropriate. I'd buy this in a second color or a nice print if it were available despite the quality of the fabric. This would be a 5 star if proprtions and fabric were updated to show workmanship quality.

Love it but runs a little small

Okay so first off this looks nothing like the picture. It’s super costume-y and has zero structure. It looks really cheap and I fully expect it to fray as soon as I wash it. The little corset bit at the top is the same material as the skirt, and is flimsy and has no shape. The skirt itself isn’t layered or full like the picture, it might as well be a wrap skirt. I’m really disappointed, I was planning to wear this to an awards event and I can’t because it literally looks like a children’s Halloween costume. Also the sizing was bad. A lot of people said it ran small, but I got my normal size anyway. It was too big and because of that it didn’t drape well at all. I like to think my figure is decent, but this was super unflattering. I would have returned it but it was only fifteen dollars and I hate dealing with customer support. Buy this for a Halloween costume maybe? If you’re super careful about the size. But definitely not with the intent to wear it anywhere else.

The photo of this item gave me the idea that it would have more structure built into it and that the fabric would be heavier.It did the job and looked OK, but overall, kind of a disappointing costume piece.

I love the style, it's different and very flattering! The material is medium, not too heavy, and not too light. It does not wrinkle at all, and with the lace up feature the size is easy to adjust. It looks great with boots! This is quickly becoming my favorite skirt! The black is great and goes perfectly with my steampunk below the knee length coat.

I bought this for a pirate costume and am pretty disappointed. The material is cheap. It’s very short (I’m 5’10”). The red is a bright orangey red and not a true red. Think tacky Christmas. The lace up part is a joke. I sewed my own hook at the top so that the cheap zipper doesn’t come undone while I’m wearing it.

I’m always weary of online clothing or fabric purchases because of the gamble on quality but this fabric is great for its price. Not paper thin at all, it has a nice feel & weight to it. Go for it, get the skirt. It’ll look cute on you!
