Für den Preis OK, aber nicht gut
Ein vorweg, die Preis Leistung ist gut.Die Qualität scheint dem Preis angepasst zu sein.Es gibt deutlich schmackhaftere zeremonielle Tees.Die Farbe ist mehr braun als grün, dass lässt darauf schließen, dass im Herstellungsprozess nicht nur die Blätter / Blättspitzen sondern auch die Stiele verarbeitet worden sind.Ich werde das Produkt nicht zum trinken, sondern zum Backen verwenden.Daher auch meine Bewertung:Für einen "Back-Matcha" ist es viel zu teuer.Auf dem Foto kann man ganz gut den Unterschied sehen. Der bräunliche ist das besagte Produkt.Die grünen Reste am Deckel sind von einem anderen, sehr guten Matcha aus Kyoto

Macht mich richtig fit!
Der Effekt ist echt super! Ein Freund hat angefangen regelmäßig Matcha zu trinken und nachdem ich ein paar Mal probiert habe, habe ich selber verschiedene Varianten getestet.Es tut mir sehr gut, trinke ihn gerne Morgens und auch mal am Nachmittag. Auch für manche Gerichte nehme ich mittlerweile gerne Matcha Tee, wobei der hier dafür eigentlich zu schade ist, ist ja Ceremonial Grade. Schmeckt richtig lecker!
