Works Great, But Is Expensive to Use Daily
These capsules are easy to swallow. They are odorless and tasteless. When I first started taking these capsules, I felt a lot of rumbling in my stomach, but that has leveled out with regular consumption. I backed off to 1 capsule a day and that seems to be working better for me. I recommend you start off taking 1 capsule a day and work your way up to 2 capsules a day. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day, which makes this bottle a 1-month supply. I feel that the quality is there and it definitely works well for me, but it is a bit expensive.

Probiotic supplement with 30 strains at 50 Billion CFU per 2 capsules, 60 capsules per bottle
These, “Metabolism Support Probiotics” capsules from Ancient Nutrition arrived to me as shown on it’s listing here. The exterior of the box contains a lot of information such as information about the company, that each 2 capsule serving contains 50 Billion CFU from 30 different strains of Probiotics, etc. The bottle within the box contains much of the same information as the box, and that bottle contains 60 capsules. Suggested serving is 2 capsules per day, so 30 servings per bottle. The storage recommendation for these is a cool, dry place, but best if refrigerated. Each 2 capsules serving contains:125mcg - Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin)1.6g – Superfood Blend:- Regenerative Organic Certified Cordyceps Mycelium- Organic Fermented Ginger Root.62mg (50 Billion CFU) - Probiotic Blend- Bacillus subtilis AB22- Bacillus coagulans- Saccharomyces boulardii- Lactobacillus acidophilus- Lactobacillus plantarum- Lactobacillus casei- Lactobacillus paracasei- Lactobacillus rhamnosus- Lactobacillus crispatus- Lactobacillus bulgaricus- Lactobacillus reuteri- Lactobacillus fermentum- Lactobacillus salivarius- Lactobacillus helveticus- Lactobacillus gasseri- Lactobacillus brevis- Lactobacillus sakei- Lactobacillus johnsonii- Lactobacillus genseni- Lactobacillus amylovorus- Bifidobacterium lactis- Bifidobacterium bifidum- Bifidobacterium breve- Bifidobacterium longum- Bifidobacterium infantis- Bifidobacterium animalis- Bifidobacterium adolescentis- Streptococcus thermophilus- Streptococcus salivarius- Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis.Other ingredients:- Organic pullulan- Organic apple cider vinegarThe capsules are of a typical size, are easy for me to swallow. I’ve been taking these probiotics early after waking, with my morning shake/smoothie thing, and I haven’t noticed anything out of the ordinary. I take a 2nd capsule later in the evening. I also take everyday a Saccharomyces Boulardii product, it’s a yeast that survives stomach acid well, which has helped me a lot over the years, though it is more of a preventative, “Prebiotic/Probiotic”. I notice Saccharomyces Boulardii is included in the 30 strains of Probiotics within these, “Metabolism Support Probiotics” from Ancient Nutrition. These Probiotics from Ancient Nutrition seem decent enough, but something that bothers me is when I look on the box, the bottle’s label, and also Ancient Nutrition’s website, it is vague about where exactly these capsules are manufactured. The box and label reads, “Manufactured for Ancient Nutrition LLC…” but that doesn’t tell me where the capsules are manufactured. The box reads, “95% Ancient Farmed”, “Grown & Harvested on Ancient Farms in Summertown, TN & Koshkonong, MO”. What does that mean? 95% of the probiotics, the Cordyceps, and so on are sourced from within the USA in TN and MO? I’d like certain information to be a bit more up front.

Probiotics + mushrooms + black cohosh
I'm almost done with this bottle and I have really enjoyed using this probiotic blend from Ancient Nutrition. I like that there's also ingredients that help with menopause symptoms like black cohosh. There's also organic mushrooms in this which is a welcome add-on too. I normally take other supplements with those in them, so it's nice to get them all combined in this blend.I use probiotics regularly, and found that there was no weird adjustment phase, and that they performed very well for me! They cost more than my usual probiotics, but this also has a broader spectrum of benefits with the other ingredients added, and work out to be comparably priced when I include them. High quality and work great!

High level of probiotics!
This product already has great word of mouth for probiotics! I have issues with bloating (which is very frustrating). I talked to my doctor about and she recommended that I take a good probiotic. I've tried a few brands, but this one has worked the best for me. It is made from organic ingredients and contains some natural ingredients like ginger that comfort the stomach. I am used to taking capsules and found these easy to swallow with no yucky odor.

Very Good, Unique Probiotic
I take daily probiotics and decided to give this one a try. I like that it contains mushroom and ginger root in addition to the probiotics. First off, I like the actual capsules. They are clear and you can see what is inside whereas most probiotics are in white capsules. They are easy to swallow and don't have a noticeable taste or smell. Best of all, they are potent without causing me any GI upset.I really like this supplement and recommend it to others. It's a strong probiotic with some added nutrients that is easy on the stomach.

Probiotics for Women
PROS: These Ancient Nutrition Probiotics for Women are a total win – no gluten or soy, which is awesome. They've got a fantastic mix of probiotic strains and a bonus of vitamin D3. Seriously, they've been a lifesaver for digestion and saying goodbye to pesky gas issues.CONS: N/ATO THE SELLER: Thank you for making this purchase possible.FINAL THOUGHTS: My wife is a big fan of probiotics, and these ones have been a hit. They've been doing wonders for her digestion and restoring that gut flora. Almost done with the bottle, and she's loving it.

Do what they should
These do what they should which is great. I don't think they are worth the current price of $60 for 30 pills. There are just as effective probiotics for less.
