Simple and not much to say.

Works well after a slight adjustment.
Separate yolks from whites easily and cleanly. It has yet to break a yolk. The only reason I didn't award it 5 stars is because when it arrived, strait out of the box, separating eggs was painfully slow and required considerable spatula work. This was easily rectified by pressing down on the center to stretch the units coiled steel wind and slightly increase the space for the white to flow through.
