I am so happy that I ordered this item. I usually don't take time to write reviews. I read lots of reviews before purchasing it. I was kind of skeptical/doubtful about some reviews. Now I fully agree with reviews that I read about this CD. How did this CD help me? I had windows 10 32 bit installed in my computer. It was causing a big problem with my RAM. In 32 bit windows operating system maximum RAM recognized is 4 Gig. MY computer has 8 Giga bite RAM installed. but computer able to use only 2.98 RAM. I tried to solve the problem many other ways but it did not work. using this CD once I installed win 10 64 bit. Now I am enjoying full 8 Gig RAM. I am happy about it. initially I paid 60 dollars to one of the computer repair shop for installing Windows. they installed 32 bit one and willing to fix my Gig problem. I solved it my own!!!!!!!

This DVD made my desktop computer usable again. Not sure what windows update or program screwed up the computer in the first place, the next day I turned It on it just failed to start up. I’m pretty sure my hard drive was not dead. So, I got this disc and followed the instructions… I was able to back up my files to external hard drive and proceed to reinstall the system. Way cheaper than going to geek squad paying $149.99. I’m gonna keep this disc in my bookshelf so I will always have something to get my computer back up and running again.

This was the ONLY thing that got my computer’s up and running after a Windows 10 update inactivated my USB drives (this means keyboard and mouse after initial boot up). The keyboard and mouse stopped working after the boot up and when I went to login to my windows desktop. I only had Windows 10 on a USB drive for a boot disk. I spent hours researching and trying different things with no luck. I loaded this disc and followed the directions and I was into the computer. Thank you for providing a great affordable solution!

Did not work for my situation. I have an original Windows 7 PC that was upgraded to Windows 10 when that came out a couple of years ago. One of the recent Windows 10 updates did not play nice with my computer and it will now only start up in Safe mode with no networking. I thought this disk might fix the problem. Nope.

I have Windows 10 and for some reason the audio went out of my computer. I would get the audio is not installed message on the sound icon. I tried every trick i could online to repair the audio driver and nothing worked. So i came here looking for a good Windows 10 system boot disk and i was sceptical because of some of the negative reviews. Im glad i purchased this disk it worked for me and restored the sound on my computer. I just wiped my drive clean and reinstalled Windows 10 and now im back in business.

I had a problem with my Windows 10 operating system. The Air Plane mode would not switch off. So I called HP "smart friends" help desk for help. We spent 2 hours and two phone calls later we were able to turn "off" the Air Plane mode but was not able to turn on th Wifi. We ended up using the ethernet cable to Connect to the internet. I figured something is better than nothing. I paid $49.95 for this tech help. The next day my computer crashed and I did not have the original disks that came with the laptop. So I called "$mart friends" back and explained that after their assistance my operating system stopped working. I was immediately told my computer was obsolete and I needed to buy a new computer. Not going to happen. So I found this Windows 10 Pro & Home Install repair disk and problem solved! Put the disk in and the computer does the rest! You may need to download a few drivers from your manufacturer site but that's it. My computer is working fine AND my Wifi works! I'm very happy with my purchase!😁👌🏾
