The best
Fantastic Kung fu shoes. The best I have ever had. I give these a big thumbs up.

Everybody Was Kung Fu Fighting
These shoes are reminiscint of the shoes a Chinese peasant wore, centuries ago. That being said, they are comfortable and economical. Don't buy them for running or hiking, but as house slippers and occasional outings they will do nicely.

Spent money on a piece of garbage, toxic garbage
These traditional Old Beijing Shoes are not barefoot shoes. Unfortunately, these shoes are very low quality and don’t feel durable. They look hurriedly constructed , with uneven seams where the materials meet and numerous defects around the bottom edge. Additionally,It smells disgusting. It smells like toxic industrial plastics. The included insoles are also too small. It may be hard to see in the picture. The cloth feels good, but overall these shoes are not comfortable. They are my size, but too small. Too tight in the toe and too loose in the heel. Not much ankle or mid-foot support at all. They’re nearly like slip-ons. The toe box is too narrow, constraining my toes from splaying naturally. These shoes might be okay for short, casual walks, but they seem too loose and ill-fitting for martial arts or other exercise. Your mileage may vary.Compared with other brands of cloth shoes I bought, these shoes are really disappointing. The new sole is a very cheap and uncomfortable rubber with a plug right in the heel where you bear weight. The outer edge of the sole is now just a cheap and poisonous rubber.Quite disappointing. Don’t waste your money.

Very Thin
Very Thin materials. Almost like walking barefoot. Can feel everything you step on.

Problems staying on
The shoes are the right size but the heel area is loose, causing the shoes to flop when you walk.

Fit is good
Just what I needed for Tai Chi. Comfy but needs to have an insert put in. Price was great.
