This supplement is used up by the body when a person takes NMN.
I’m not sure if I was supposed to feel a difference while taking this product. The important part of using this supplement is that it is needed when taking another supplement, NMN. I did not notice a difference and this product had no smell to it. Also, there was no taste initially or after any passing time. The cost is reasonable and the quality seems to be also. I take this product at night with a few others that help me get a good rest and adequate healing. I would recommend taking any similar supplement of this type while taking NMN.

I have heard many good things about this supplement...i started using it only two days ago so i will update this in about a week or two to see how i feel...but the supply is good and you get a good dose of 1000mg per two capsules once a day. Take it about 30min before you work out. That way it is available during and after the workout.

Not feeling different
I have had them for a little over a month but not sure if they're helping as I don't take them daily and my energy hasn'tchanged. I felt funny so will keep monitoring it. Price was OK, but at least there's no taste. They're a little big but easy to swallow.
