Q: Do all 3 have the same ingredients except sleepy time has melatonin?

There are different levels of several herbs to work symbiotically with the melatonin.

Q: How many times can you use each tea bag?

My Mom uses it a second time but gets best result opening the bag & using a keurig. Most tea bags are only 2 grams, this is 4 grams. You also get all your daily vitamins in optimal amounts- 1000mcg B12, 300mg vit C & E, etc Taking the special blend of chinese adaptogens, Black seed and western herbs with the vitamins will take anywhere from 3-6 weeks on average to see the true benefits of drinking the bioavailable blend. The studies that show all the benefits of Black Seed, and the 10 pt bump in IQ you get with taking Melatonin every day are clinical studies that have you use it for 2 months or more. Hang in there. We didnt use the strong herbs like valerian because we wanted to try to be safe for everyone, and we have only received positive results with the current blend - especially when you drink it over a month or two and see the Melatonin reset your circadian rhythm.

It is good enough to drink without any sugar. I wish it was more affordable

Its great tasting ☕ when hot,slightly sweet at the end,however,to keep up with this tea it is costly,i'll try and use the bags maybe twice before getting rid of it
