2 months in and the screen looks like this
The media could not be loaded. The tv has been a great addition to our patio for about 2 months. We just noticed that after a rainfall, it looks water is trapped under the screen. We have reached put to customer service and are hoping for an exchange. These tv’s are supposed to be weatherproof, and this happens right as football season starts.Update: Customer service is top notch. They reached out to me quickly and helped resolve the issue. There was a replacement within days of my issue and i can watch my football away from the kids in peace! The new tv has been stellar and has given us no issues. I will definitely continue to support their products.

Support reached out to me when I had a problem
I had to return the television because it didn’t turn on. I called support, they were very apologetic and made sure I was completely satisfied. I love my television with the sound bar.

Keep Your Receipt
The TV worked great for five months. Then something inside broke, and the tv needed to be replaced. Thankfully I had the receipt otherwise they were not even going to look at it or offer any sort of repair. The new TV was delivered very fast, and is working well. Customer service helped a lot.

The customer service is excellent.
I'm having issues with my 65-inch Sylovx TV, and the warranty is almost expired. I reached out to customer service via call and email, and they promptly responded. The customer service representatives were friendly and helpful. They arranged for a replacement TV and allowed me to keep the old one. Love this!
Bought this TV to watch on our deck outside. This is weatherproof which is what I needed. Quality is nice. The picture it great. Perfect size. I love this purchase. I would recommend.

Horrible
I don't recommend buying this item. My entire experience with this has been horrible. If you want an outdoor TV, go to Best Buy.

Good TV
This TV is super heavy, I tried to install by myself and I promptly dropped it and broke it! I let Sylvox know it was my fault and asked if there was anything they could do. I expected nothing, but to my delight they sent out another one free of charge! This is above and beyond for a company, I highly recommend them.
