The packaging was neat, surprisingly easy to assemble - every necessary part is provided.The comfort beats similar products of the same category I've bought in the past, but this one is cheaper and lighter to carry around.Remarking also that the armrest covers are removable with a zip.

This chair exceeded my expectations in every way. First, the look and feel of this chair really elevated the space. It's bright and aesthetically pleasing. It's very easy to put together with minimal steps and easy instructions. It's much more comfortable and supportive than I imagined-- which will be great for anyone sitting in it for a long time. Not to mention, the detachable leather armrest cover was a genius decision for both style and convenience. Lastly, it seems to be made of high quality metal as it looks and feels very durable. The assembly took 10 mins.I found it difficult to put the feet rollers on.After setup.I tested it out.I prefer more cushion and give in the seat.

Don’t be intimidated by putting chair together. Less than ten minutes and good/clear instructions. Individual parts very well wrapped and item is securely boxed for shipping. It’s not a “fluffy” chair, but very comfortable. I have hip osteoarthritis and I can sit for hours and not get up stiff and sore. If you are heavy set check measurements. not a super wide chair. Overall pleased and would definitely buy again.
