This is a DIY project. Comes unassembled. A pile of paper and some string.
I disliked this 100%. I needed something ready for a party, not a DIY tissue paper project. I tossed it in the trash because I didnt have time to f*^k with this, I had a party to throw. TOTAL FAIL. POORLY DESCRIBED. WOULD NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN. 0 OUT OF 10.

They were ok- Gold color didn't look gold.
They were Ok. What I liked- the white ones were nice, they looked fluffy. But the gold ones were a strange color, not really Gold like in the picture, more like a silvery gold. I did not use the cram ones.

Theses decorations are beautiful. They are time comsuming but once they’re up you don’t want to take them down.
