I purchased this item because I don't ride with a helmet and only use ear buds which hurt my ears and come loose when I hit a bump, and you can't hear anything around you.I don't think I have a big head but maybe I do. I'm 6 ft 1 in and had to open head band all the way out. It fits but is snug but not uncomfortable. The helmet seams to be of good quality with removable iner liner held on with velcro. Kinda disappointed it has usb not usb c charging and only a 400 ma battery good for 3-6 hours. Power connection could be better, it is behind the headband. The chin strap fits around the ears like it shud and has padding around chin strap, to adjust the strap you have to remove the padding.Bluetooth connection was easy, with helmet off hold down power button for five seconds and look for helmetphone on your device, helmet aslo reconnects automatically when turned back on.The big problem for me is the speakers, they are loud which is nice but have no base at all, if you take your car radio and turn the base all the way down and treble all the way up it would still sound better then these speakers. If you like listening to ebooks or podcasts you will probably be alright, for music fans I would look for something elseI will probably keep them because the helmet is nice, and I like ebooks and podcasts, but will have to bring my ear buds with me to play musicWould I recommend only if you don't care about music quality, it is also nice to recieve phone calls, and for 60 dollars it is a nice helmet.

Was a little hesitant to buy this because I thought how good can the sound be coming out of a helmet, definitely was surprised that it was quite good (not Bose quality but pretty good) I just use it with my Ipod for music & podcast. First time syncing was easy, when powering up again quickly syncs to ipod. Found that putting my fore finger in the air vent then using my thumb to change volume etc. works well. I found the connection port for the recharging cable is a little tricky to access.
