Great Quality
Serious Steel is my go to for bands. My deadlift bands I bought months ago are still looking good. These bands work well for glute bridges

Freaking love it!
I got the blue resistance band! Freaking love it!! The warm up with that feels like a hardcore workout Lol my behind actually hurts and I feel it right away. Ive done a lot of squats and even used the barbell to squat with but this band is no joke. Love it, thank you!!
