It didn’t cost money, good size and fits in my hand, functions good, and has a long battery life. Easy to use for someone new to having to do things on their own!

This works as good as any other stud sensor that is double the price.

I calibrated and never left the walls, time after time, the same problem- I couldn't get reliable readings. Sometimes it would say stud and I would go back and nothing. Then ( after calibrating again and again) I would get no readings of any studs in 4 ft of an exterior wall where studs had to be located. I tried multiple depths for the wall covering and calibrated- nothing. The electrical didn't do anything for 4 out of 5 tires and me running where I knew electrical wires had to be because of switches and plugs but no indication from meter. All bad news for this meter.

Does not work as expected

I scanned the wall several times and it said the 2x4 stud was in 3 different places. Not worth the headache.

Bought for my son he really likes it. Works great

I was mounting a roofbox pulley system. These systems need to drill into hoist. It does work well but there were times it needed constant calibration since I didn’t want to miss.Overall, it worked out well
