Absolutely over the moon with the necklace that I ordered for my daughter’s Christmas present. I wasn’t sure how to let the seller know the name that I wanted on the necklace so emailed on a weekend evening. I had a reply within minutes and then placed the order. I had an email back thanking me for the order and was given an approximate delivery date. The necklace arrived before the expected date and I was so pleased with every aspect of the necklace. It came in a lovely little box too; perfect!

I was looking for a personalised necklace for a birthday present. This was absolutely perfect. Sometimes it's a bit off-putting when you need to contact the seller and give them details, but this was honestly really easy and straightforward. The quality of the final product was just what I wanted. And the seller was great at turning it around quickly for me too. A beautiful present, which was very much appreciated.

This was a gift for my niece's 16th birthday.It was nicely presented in a grey gift box and the weight and quality of the item is clear to see. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from the seller again. Just make sure when placing your order that your instructions are clear eg.capitals,small case,hypen etc. The item was delivered by Royal Mail and signed for on receipt.

lovely necklace but not impressed that it came in a plastic bag and not a box. Have not got to source a box myself / not ideal.

Very nice necklace, well made, was a gift that was well received. The chain is extremely delicate looking and thin so I'm just hoping it lasts.
