These are wide glasses, with non-bendable, non-grippy ear hook arms.If you think "I'm not a giant - I hope they fit", they probably won't fit well, and if it's a close fit, they still may slide forward or off when looking down.I did test them on blue light, and they do work according to the test card it shipped with. So they work as described, they just need bendable arms to allow for adjustments.I wish they fit, because the tint is perfect, in fact it's shocking on the eyes when you remove them after staring at a screen for a while. It feels similar to when you have to check your phone at 2AM, after waking up, while still lying in bed. Taking the glasses off felt exactly like that, that's another way I know they are effective.

These are really great quality. Seems like they have pretty maximum coverage and are durable. I’ve tried to bend them slightly to help mold them to my head but the arms won’t budge at all. Super sturdy regardless which I appreciate! I guess the main thing to consider is that they are slightly wider then average.

They look good, feel good, are great outdoors - but only during the day. Too dark for nightime and too dark for computer use. Basically they are sunglasses, nothing else.

I'm an engineer. I'm used to working on machines and not directly under fluorescent light. The tint of these glasses really help on days i have to sit at the computer. They're not too heavy. My nose and ears are kina sensitive and will hurt after a while. But they don't with these. And the size is perfect.
