As a woodworking enthusiast and classical guitarist, this Kalimba exceeded my expectations. I'd wanted a kalimba for a while, but couldn't find a design that matched my taste. It arrived perfectly tuned and I was playing my favorite Studio Ghibli and Animal Crossing songs within the hour. Mahogany typically adds a warmer, mellow tone which complements the brightness and music-box tone of this type of instrument. Construction is also great, smooth edges all around and comfortable to hold for long play sessions. This was my preferred type of construction with a soundhole that allows for more vibrato options.The carrying pouch, guide and playing accessories are an nice plus, even if this instrument will likely stay at home. 10/10 would buy again or gift!

I was looking for gifts for the two kids of my friends who recently got into kalimba. The quality of the wood is premium and the instructions are very clear. The sound it plays is absolutely beautiful. No regrets about the purchase at all!

The media could not be loaded. Very neat package. The engraving on the Kalimba itself has an accent of Africa, which is pretty cute. The instruction booklet is also easy to follow. Maybe because I am new to Kalimba, it took me a while to tune all the keys with the hammer. But after that, it felt much easier to start playing than I would have thought. I tried a simple melody, and it came out nice and crispy.

I travel a lot so this is a great little instrument to come with. Came in a nice package with even a little book to learn from. Tuning piece included. Thumb covers are a bit small but you don't really need them. Enjoying it!

This is a very nice kalimba. I had never tried using one of these before, but I was able to pick it up pretty quickly and learn a couple of songs. The quality of this product was superb, and it was really fun to use. There are plenty of resources online that can be used to learn songs for this instrument. If you think this product would be interesting to play, you should go ahead and try it out. It's really fun.

Ich habe das Instrument das erste mal in meinem Afrika-Urlaub gehört und die Klänge sind einfach nur wunderschön, daher habe ich hier in Deutschland nach einer Kalimba gesucht und sie auf Amazon gefunden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist toll, die Qualität ist wirklich sehr gut.Verpackung und Zustand waren top, also kam die Kalimba in einwandfreiem Zustand an. Die mitgelieferten Zubehöre waren vollständig, so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben.Alles in allem kann ich die Kalimba empfehlen.
