If you are debating on whether or not to get this heater, just get it. You'll be so glad you did. It literally does everything it says it does. Although, I haven't heard any crackling sounds it performs all other functions as intended. I was looking for a space heater to replace the one I'd been using in my motorhome seasonally for the last 5 year or so as I like to keep the space heaters I use up to date in there especially and wanted something with all of the safety features, energy effecient with multiple heat settings.The added benefit with this one is the fact that all can be controlled with my phone!!! OMG! That was the real determining factor in my purchasing this one. After reading the reveiws most, if not all of which were favorable I decided to take the leap and wow! I LOVE THIS HEATER! I can turn it on, set desired mode/temp and lighting feature PRIOR to going out to the RV (here at home in the driveway). I am also then able to monitor its performance right from my cell phone or whatever device your using to control the heater. One thing to know or remember, however. This heater doesn't come with a separate remote or controller. The only method of control is via your cell phone (or similar device) or the controls located on the actual heater. The heat produced is fantastic! Each setting doing what it's supposed to do. The sound is also minimal in comparison to many space heaters I've used in the past. The lighting features are also nice and adds a little 'something' to an otherwise normal looking space heating product. Again, all lighting features can be controlled from your phone.I am very pleased with this product and will continue to look for other products this company produces. My roomate bought their interior lighting strip to use in the den around the room (hidden lighting) due to it being also controlled by his cell phone (or other similar device) a fewyears ago and he hasn't had a single issue and I expect the same from this. I'll keep you posted.

Warms up room fast! Little fireplace while obviously not real, makes for a cozy atmosphere while I am working. My Shihtzu love it too. 2 things I found that could be improved. The controls on top don't even light up when you push them. I can barely see them at all. Since you can't use an ext. cord w/space heaters & mfg says: 3' away from every surface, the cord should be longer. I get why it's not, but 3' away from surfaces & finding an outlet that's free. Tough to come by. Currently used in awkward location. Back is only 1' away from wall/kitchen cabinet, neither are even warm. Sides and front are warm but far from touching anything. Easy to put together, hook up to wifi/alexa good. I've had it less than a week. So far love it.

This thing is great. Put in my daughter’s room and it keeps a nice consistent temperature all night. Love the app and integration with remote thermometers. It was super easy and quick to hook up and get running. It appears very nice and feels sturdy. I’ve tested the tip over turnoff and it works perfectly. Thing pushes out hot air almost immediately.

Puts out a good amount of heat in a focused area about 3 feet away. Heats a large living room/dr/kitchen about 4 degrees in a few hours. A bit pricey and the oscillation should have more functionality. Overall a decent heater that works well.

Been extremely happy with this unit. I travel in a 5th wheel 9 months of the year and insulation isn't a strong suite for travel trailers, it's a 40ft with 4 slide outs and this single unit keeps the wife and kids happy.Would strongly recommend for any 1200 square foot space. Mobile app makes convenience of turning it on or off from anywhere in the house.

After purchasing four units from this brand with expectations of quality and safety, my trust has been completely dismantled by a dangerous incident.Recently, one of these heaters began emitting thick smoke while operating, highlighting a severe fire hazard right in my home. This event was not just a malfunction but a potential disaster in the making. Thankfully, there were no injuries or property damage, but the risk it posed is undeniably grave.The lack of any external damage on the heater indicates an internal defect, raising significant concerns about the overall safety and reliability of GoveeLife's products. The mere thought of what could have happened had the issue gone unnoticed is horrifying.I am now stuck with four heaters that I consider unsafe and cannot in good conscience use, rendering my investment a complete loss. This situation is particularly frustrating given that the products are beyond the return window, leaving me with no recourse but to warn others through this review.Purchasing these heaters was based on an expectation of safety and reliability for my family's warmth. Unfortunately, this expectation has been shattered by the reality of a product that poses a risk rather than providing comfort. I urge potential buyers to seriously reconsider and prioritize safety above all. My experience serves as a stark warning that the risks associated with these products are real and not worth taking.Please heed this warning and think carefully about your choices. The media could not be loaded. I use this fan outside on our covered deck, yes I know it says inside but it’s well protected from the elements. This fan is my new best friend, it’s perfect for what I need, not loud as hopefully you can hear from the video. Super warm! We keep it in front of our deck chairs when it’s chilly outside. The little fireplace at the bottom is a cute touch for the twilight hours. This works better than the huge fancy propane heater we bought.
