The box arrived damaged which was not best start. When starting puzzle all the pieces were in the wrong boxes and muddled up. Finally completed and piece missing. Whole experience not enjoyable, wanted to pass on to family members next year but can't due to missing piece.Customer service awful trying to get refund. Very unhappy

As with a lot of other people, I had to sort the pieces into the correct boxes before I could start the puzzle. This wasn't as easy as it seems as the way the pieces have been cut has made identifying the numbers almost impossible for a lot of pieces. Rather than the stated 42 pieces a day I've found that it varies from 35 to 49 per day.So far there are two missing pieces, both for day 7. The picture isn't the clearest, and incorrect pieces will connect, so it's difficult to see where you have made a mistake.Not worth the price if I'm honest.

Some pieces missing from top right. At least one piece found in the wrong number box. It was so frustrating we couldn’t get past half completing it. It is poorly made meaning sometimes pieces appear to fit where they should not and some edges are split. I wonder if this item has been returned by another unsatisfied customer already or if manufacturing is just sloppy.

The puzzle had a nice picture but the pieces are of poor quality and the packaging was confusing. I expected each days box to make a square of the overall picture but alas all of the pieces are mixed up and spread across all of the boxes which means some days you can assemble absolutely nothing.May advice is pay a little more for a better product.

The picture is a bit blurry. I don't think our experience is as bad as some, but boxes do not have all the right pieces in or even the right number of pieces. Box says only correct pieces fit together which is not true. Still enjoying the challenge though.

Purchased as a present which the recipient loved.

Opened day 1 and all the days of the jigsaw pieces are jumbled together. There’s numbers on the back (1-24) to correspond with the advent days but they are not ordered, just mixed up. The point is to finish one section a day. At this rate we’ll have 1000 pieces to complete on day 24. No different to a normal jigsaw. I’m now opening all the days myself and rearranging. I could have bought a jigsaw half the price if I was going to do all the work. Don’t bother
