Well worth the money. Five springs too much for me, but hoping to build up to that.

Avoid this item like a plague! I've been using it once, max twice a week for the last 4 months and yesterday one of the springs broke when i was stretching, hitting my chest & shoulder. Luckily the wound wasn't bad, just bit bruised and blooded, but this item is NOT SAFE at all and should be BANNED from Amazon.

Bit annoying as it gets easily tangled, but cheap and effective so it is what it is.

Well made and worth every penny.

I am not a tall guy with a wide arm span but this piece of garbage will not allow full extension because the springs are too short. It is about time Amazon wheedled out some of the poor quality goods they allow to be peddled. I won't return it, too much messing about, instead I will give it to my pet Rhesus macaque monkey to play with, his arms are just about short enough for this chest expander.
