Great computer - fast and love the screen size
I purchased this computer about a month ago, when my old Apple laptop decided to no longer recognize two keys at all whenever you pressed them. Unfortunately, one of those keys was needed to enter in my password to get me past Apple's opening screen, or to Touch ID in its place. So I ended up essentially locked out of my own computer when I could no longer enter the full password despite pressing the proper keys in the proper order. I needed another laptop quickly as my only backup to the internet, etc. was by my phone, and no cell phone is a good substitute computer for very long (if at all) for those with vision issues, given the screen size.I wanted to replace the laptop with another made by Apple, and knowing I needed the largest screen available narrowed the choices and decision making. With some advice from others about what I needed technically, I then came to Amazon, typed in what I was sort of looking for and started shopping on my tiny screen on my phone, and this particular computer seemed to fit the bill and not be exorbitantly priced, so this is what I chose to replace my old. This laptop works so much quicker, and I love the screen size, which is a bit larger than my old Apple laptop. Everything has worked great, though I do miss the Touch Bar that my old laptop had, and am having to adjust again to the extra row of keys.Set up was super easy to do, as I used Time Machine and an old backup to transfer my files from one computer to the other. Most things transferred smoothly and quickly. While I have yet to use all the different ports on the side of the computer, I am happy to have some of them back. I thought I would love having the slightly cloth covered mag safe connection to electricity when needing to charge the computer, but truly miss the old USB-C connection that used to be on both sides of my laptop, as I have more than once disconnected the mag safe charger accidentally while charging the battery without realizing it, as it is now only on the left side of my new laptop, and my electrical connection is on the right.Battery life has been great though, and the computer can run all day on a single charge with no problem.Amazon did a great job with delivery too, sending a passcode beforehand, to make sure the laptop was delivered to the right address and person at the right time. You had to be there to receive it when it arrived.

Fast and reliable
Great Mac computer. The M3 Pro is a big upgrade for me. I can now run Windows in Parallels and Steam within that, on Apple Silicon! The computer is rock solid with days of battery life for me. Travels well - not too big or heavy. Screen is amazing.

Excellent, Versatile, Great Battery!
I have been using this laptop for a few weeks now. It has been on a camping trip to Norway so I could work and complete school assignments, and been used daily at home and as a travel companion for work. I am exceedingly pleased with the battery life and can get a full day of work before needing to recharge. The laptop also easily supports additional monitors being connected - I have a dual set that flank the laptop and are for travel. The laptop powers them without any issue and expands my display nicely.I am a avid photographer and the laptop easily handles Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and so on. The monitor appears to be pretty accurate for color and editing is a breeze. I can work with multiple browser profiles open and probably 100+ tabs. It is a bit heavy for travel, but totally worth if for the quality it offers. The surface does get fingerprints, but I got a protective case, so that really isn't a big deal. You get what you pay for sometimes, and this is one of those. I will buy another when I wear this one out.

Blazing fast for a college student
Although the use case for my needs isn't allot,I am still super impressed with the performance of this laptop. Coming from an Intel mbp with butterfly keyboard, Intel chip, this machine blows it out of the water. It's extremely quick, and smooth. Keyboard feedback is great. Plenty of RAM although it's overkill for my needs. For stem major student that opens up Microsoft suite of programs and plenty of tabs of your browser(chrome/safari), I recommend saving some money and getting 18 gb of RAM for cheaper. Unless you are video/photo editing, I didn't see the need for the extra RAM. Plenty of people preach about getting more RAM but I believe that from experience I would have been fine with 18gb as well. The screen is huge and makes laptop heavier and less portable. Something to consider if portability is a requirement. Luckily I study mainly at home and don't bring laptop to class that often. Yes it's bulky and heavy. Speakers are impressive though and makes movie watching a great experience.

MacBook Pro is a great choice
MacBook Pro is always a great choice. I purchased this after my 10 year old laptop needed an upgrade. I’m excited to use this, the screen and audio make the experience with the high end chip set shine.

Impressive!
I have been using Windows OS ever since became part of our daily lives and got pretty much able to perform on any application that I needed and some that comes with the computer. However, it seems every three years these window base computers needs to replace because they get too slow ir they crushed. I already spent tons if money replacing them and there’s no change in sight. What make me to consider and buy Mac computer is from friends and someone that I net who was still using Mac notebook of 7 years old and still going and no problem according to the person. Also, my spouse in law is using an old Mac notebook and no problems. A 16” Macbook Pro with a M3 chip cost a lot for me but if I have to buy every year with these windows based desktop/laptop, I say why not try!?It’s overwhelming at first because I have no experience in using Apple computers at all. But through watching those YouTube videos for beginner I was able to get me to get started. I still have a ling way to go to learn all the operating features and functions and other good stuff but at least I am able to do and perform the things I needed.I am very satisfied with it and I am a Mac convert now!
