Hot off the engineering block, the Eliminator PRO adjustable Bruxism Mouthpiece is the most advanced and effective product on the market. With a smaller overall size than the competing brand, and even smaller than the original Eliminator, the Pro model is more comfortable than ever before. The ELIMINATOR PRO MOUTH GUARD works well because it can be adjusted to the desired setting for the user's mouth. This amazing lock technology helps you from clenching and grinding your teeth at night. The problem with mouthpieces on the market today is that they have only one setting to re-position your mouth and they are one solid piece that can usually mold to your mouth, but they can not adjust for your personal requirements. The ELIMINATOR PRO MOUTH GUARD has 10 incremental, 1 millimetre, possible adjustments. Some people will need to increase or decrease incremental adjustments over time to fit with the natural overbite or under-bite, it can be set to your comfort and effective level - this just is NOT possible for any other mouthpiece on the market. The ELIMINATOR PRO MOUTH GUARD has all the great functionality of the original ELIMINATOR, with the critical added feature of being able to adjust the mouthpiece according to your personal requirement.

Previous versions could easily be changed by squeezing the ends of the device ...
I’ve been a long time user of the previous version of this product and was apprehensive of the latest version. What are the changes? The most significant change is in the adjustment mechanism. Previous versions could easily be changed by squeezing the ends of the device and sliding the bottom plate forward or back. The upside was easy adjustment during the breaking in process. The main downside was that the bottom piece could easily move during transport or storage. This wasn’t a big deal because I could easily tell when the device was out of alignment when I put in my mouth. The new adjustment mechanism is fixed and requires taking the mouthpiece apart and making adjustments by reassembling by moving the bottom plate up or down. This took a bit more time to find the proper adjustment, however, once dialed in, the adjustments are significantly more stable. In other words, a huge improvement. As for the size of the device, the footprint is relatively the same as the previous version. If you are a new user, this is a large device. That isn’t necessarily an issue for me as smaller similar devices did not maintain jaw position during sleep. Your results may vary. How important is this device to me? I bought two to ensure I have a back up.Cleaning is easily and is similar to cleaning dentures.

Experience says: Yes, very much worth it
I intentionally waited 2 months of use before reviewing this product. In the past, I have had 3 mandibular advancement devices from sleep dentists (thousands of dollars each) and broke every one of them. They seem to be of the opinion that brittle equals strong. This one has a little give which seems to increase longevity. It is a cleverly simple design and works just as well as the embarrassingly expensive devices from my sleep dentist.I spend a lot of time in wilderness areas without electricity and this mandibular advancement is the best option I’ve found when I can’t use my CPAP.Two words of advice: don’t experiment with how it adjusts until you have formed it and be certain to KEEP IT SECURED FROM YOUR DOG!If you are interested in monitoring your own O2 levels (and pulse) while you sleep, Contec, Pulse Oximeter, CMS50D+ (I also purchased on Amazon) does wonderful and records the values all night. My only complaint is that the company seemed to have changed the address I gave. The item got lost in the mail and then went to a post office instead of my house. Luckily, I know the postmaster and he kept it for me instead of sending it back.I definitely suggest buying this item either for sleep apnea or snoring!

I'm Cured!!
For the first time in months and possibly years, I was finally able to wake up refreshed, and what a difference!! I can now concentrate on my job for more than 30 minutes at a time, I'm not trying to fall asleep all day, and I can understand lectures and meetings without losing focus!!I used several applications to test this device and my results include using a free app on my phone called SnoreLab which was VERY effective in picking up and measuring snoring sounds and recording results. Before the mouthpiece, I had a 'Snore Score' of 57, in the red. After the mouthpiece, I had a 'Snore Score' of 26, almost in the normal, and nearly all of that was just breathing through my nose.I also used the "Bluetooth Fingertip Pulse Oximeter Oximetry Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor and Pulse Rate Monitor for Apple and Android" which effectively measured my oxygen and heart beats to test for my sleep apnea and recorded the results on their free phone app. I had a constant score above 93% at all times, in the safe zone. According to past reports, my oxygen level used to drop to 70%, and I sometimes stopped breathing for 90 seconds at a time. Before you mold your mouthpiece, be sure you pay attention to which side is up and which side is down. It isn't easy to see the markings and I ended up molding it incorrectly the first time around. If you mess up majorly, the documentation says they will replace your mouthpiece for free.

Great Mouthpiece for a Quality Night of Sleep
My wife tells me that I do not snore while using this product. I wake up much less than I would otherwise, and I feel very rested in the morning. In the past couple years I've also tried another similar product called the Zyppah. That was expensive and didn't work any better. It has a tongue-strap feature that is hard to get used to, and limits the usable life of the product - since it seems to deteriorate faster than the rest of the device. Finally, the Zyppah doesn't have the adjustable lower mouthpiece that will open up your breathing passage to the same degree as the Eliminator. I am happy to be back to using the Eliminator. In the past I've also tried other things that don't work that well - a nose piece for expanding nostrils, breathing nasal strips, etc. But the Eliminator Pro seems like the product that works most reliably and does so at a reasonable price. It lasts me about 6 months before I need to purchase a new one but its a small price to pay for the better quality of sleep. The eliminator is also easy to travel with. I take it everywhere I go. I just wish these things were available at pharmacies and such.

GAME CHANGER!
I was skeptical with this product since nothing else I have tried so far has worked but I finally decided to order it. I'm glad I did. I've had it a week now and each morning the first thing I do when I wake up is ask my wife if my snoring kept her up and each time she has told me that I haven't snored. This thing is a game changer!
