Unfortunately none have worked for me but that dose not mean the product will not work on others and there is no instructions on how to use them except for the chin strap the products are good quality and the price is very good.

Don't waste your money even using the strap, nose cone and mouth piece he still snores👎👎👎

All you need in one box thank you.
Thanks good all rounder everything in one bag sleeping sonud, the mouth pice and the nose dialators worked best for my husband.

The chin strap is far too small with tiny ear ...
The chin strap is far too small with tiny ear holes making it far too tight even opened out fully.
