Absolutely gorgeous. So many different color settings and most importantly it has a child lock so my 18m old can’t play with it. Only kinda difficult part was putting the stones and logs into it without them falling out but it was do able!

I’ll start by saying thank you to the company/seller! I order this item and when it came to my house the box looked like it was opened. When I got all the items out it was missing everything but the “firebox”. No stand, remote, crystals, logs, or even instructions.That evening, I contacted the seller and they responded within 3 hours. I sent a couple of photos per their request and they had a new one shipped out to me by the next day.This one came with everything and works as advertised! The customer service was A1, the app works better than the remote, I will have to figure out how to connect it to my Alexa, but all in all they made what would be a frustrating situation into a great one!

The fireplace doesn't look so good using the legs as I bought it to use only to use the legs. The back sticks out too far since I know it is used for wall and recessed too.

Received in January, installed in February and July not functioning correctly. Installed in RV and the flame effects were wonderful until recently turned it on and most colors have a red dominant color in the center of display. This has hardly ever been used and haven't used heat. With all being said, Amazon gave me a number for the seller, never answers or returns call for the 1 year warranty. If the product would kept working correctly or the seller made it right, the review would have probably have been 5 stars. Amazon only offered the phone number.Update: Seller reached out to me through Amazon. The confusion was due to Amazon message to seller redirecting me to speak to a representative that provided a wrong phone. Matter resolved quickly.

Looks good on the wall but the colors and brightness are not great and heating element doesn’t heat well. Ambient temperature doesn’t work well and has to be constantly changed to keep room warm. I’d go with a more expensive unit when this one breaks in a year!

I love this little fireplace ! Super easy to install and the colors are vibrant with options for a higher flame as well as a dimmer and speed control. There is nothing negative to say. Living in Arizona we don’t know when we’ll turn on the heat but we’re exited to use that option for Xmas :)

This is not the first slim electric fireplace we have purchased from this vendor. We have one in every room of our home. We are very satisfied with the quality, the price, and the customer service. We had a minor concern with the recent 60" slim electric fireplace we purchased. I contacted their customer service unit, and I was amazed and very pleased with how fast they contacted me back and their promptness in resolving my concern. I am extremely happy with the product and their first-class customer service.highly recommended.
