CMB-Derma Roller Skin Care Titanium, 540 Microneedle, Blue 0.25mm Roller Kit

I am a licensed Esthetician and there are some things people should know before using a derma roller at home to prevent permanent skin damage. Derma rollers are one time use only. ONLY. Do not use the same roller previously used a second time. Use once and throw away. You can get an infection or worse if you use these more than once. A risk, I advice you not to take. Some people claim to be fine using the same roller a couple of times. They have no idea what they are doing to their skin at a cellular level with this. What seems fine on the surface, you will pay for later as time goes on, so don't use a roller more than once. Use it on a freshly cleansed face after your toner and before your serum. Don't apply the serum before, your skin can become too slippery and if your hand slides awkwardly you'll scar yourself. Roll onto forehead and cheeks and chin like a hash tag/ pound sign. First up and down and then side to side. After each line that you roll on a section of your face, lift the roller off the skin and place on a new line of that section. Do not roll it around like youre vacuuming the living room on your face. You will create unsavory micro tears in the skin which will scar and cause a lot of problems for you later that will lead to you spending thousands of dollar at a dermatologists office to fix, and its not fun and it hurts, A LOT. After you've finished your roll session apply your serum and moisturizer. Use products that don't contain a fragrance. These can be skin irritants and will cause inflammation when they go into the micro channels you created on your face. If your skin is irritated still, reduce the number of times to 1 time a month and then work your way slowly up to 1 time a week. If you have more questions I'm on insta as A Beauty Babe Glow. I have only used my Derma Roller 3 times and the results are unbelievable! I was skeptical at first, but I’m totally a believer now. I already have an existing daily skin care routine, but since introducing the microneedle treatment, as well as adding the recommended eva naturals skin clearing serum, my skin has completely changed. Not only is my hyperpigmentation fading, but my skin looks AND feels softer and smoother than ever! I plan on using it every other day until I reach the results I’m looking for, then I’ll back off to once a week I think. I love it so much I ended up buying more to share with friends and family!! Got this for my girlfriend as she's all about skin care. She really likes it! Especially for using before applying serums so that they soak into the skin more. Maintenance and cleaning instructions are also great to have!

This is my first dermaroller. I wanted to improve my skin quickly and this was a great buy. It comes with 2 extra cartridges so it's a great value. I use it once or twice a week. It's important to use this after you moisturize so that the dermaroller can help your skin absorb it. My skin is softer already :)

Facial roller work and is amazing when you put in the freezer. The sponge in other hand sucks, poor material. Soaks up all the foundation.
