OKWU COMFORT Shredded Memory Foam Pillow Queen Size (5 Minutes in Dryer to Fluff up)

This product is not of good quality. It is VERY hard... in trying to soften it up, by opening the case to loosen the particles, the particles are loose in the air, which makes me think it's toxic to your lungs. BE CAREFUL! Plus, this company had it advertised, buy 1, get 1 free. When I didn't get my 2nd one, I asked for it based on the description for such - this is what they sent to me - as though I was asking for something that was not posted!! ***Dear Sharon, For good measures, we'll send you one free pillow and nothing more. You are getting a pillow for $12.99 the cheapest pillow for the quality. You insist on a more on a written promotion that doesn't have the same price. We have been losing money with this product. We do take care of our customers. You can return the product if you don't like it. For comfort I give it 5 stars! HOWEVER (and it's a big however), it did not arrive as pictured. It was compressed to 1/2" and rolled, about the size of a football ... a little longer. I had to pull the shreds of foam apart, which was not an easy job and took almost an hour. I had to build my own pillow!!!!That being said ... it is now one of the most comfortable pillows I've ever had, and I'm sleeping well again.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Completely flat and just horribly "stuffed". One end was super lumpy and the other is completely lacking in stuffing. All around horrible product. Im returning it. Dont buy this! It's a waste of money. And its shredded memory foam apparently so it's not like a nice molded pillow. Terrible. Literally no one could sleep on this. It's as hard as a rock. And not to mention it smells like chemicals.

Arrives flatter abd stiffer than a prison pillow. After following the manufacturer's instructions of tumble drying in my dryer for 5 minutes, it STARTED to expand. So i ran the dryer for a full cycle, which helped, but it still gave little to no support. After doing some research, i found that the manufacturer recommended buying 2 pillows and taking half the stuffing out of one and putting it in the other one. I am not interested in buying another pillow and use half of it in another pillow, just to make one decent pillow. What am i supposed to do with the other half pillow?

When I received this pillow I was a little upset because the way it was packaged made such a crease that I didn’t know how to fix it. Once I broke the content up and fluffed it several times it came to life. I use it every night now.

It took a few days to fully inflate but still didn't giveuch support, nothing fancy about the shredded memory foam at all, it's just a normal pillow

This product is a joke...guess I should have paid attention to the rating bought it as a gift for my husband he opened it and all the stuffing was at the middle when we finaly reached on and unstuck it all it looked somewhat ordinary with the exception that it was no thicker than folded dish towel. Please do not waste your money....dollar stores have better thicker pillows than this
