I first purchased a much cheaper ($15) pump here on Amz but it looked so cheaply made (China) that I ordered this one because I didn't want to have to do the pump replacement again anytime soon. Much better quality that the China made pump, but still no markings on where manufactured. The motor shaft that fits into the pump had corroded so badly I had to file it a bit to get it to fit into the pump turbine slot, but so far so good. Fingers crossed.Buy a new belt while you're at it. Trust me on that.

It was exactly like the original. It was packaged in a sealed Alliance (the maker of Speed Queen parts) box. I did carefully pick my seller though. The seller I ordered from was Partsking. After contacting them, I found out that they sell both the original & aftermarket part. The original part costs about $30 & the aftermarket about $15. I ordered the part that was about $30 & received just what I wanted. It took a while to get the old part off, but the new part works great. No more leaks in the floor. The seller was very responsive & the part was packaged great. I am very happy with this purchase.

My washer tore up a stuffed animal and all the filling jammed the original pump (this was day 2 of owning the washer). I bought this and swapped it out in a few minutes and all was well again with my washer. It's been a few months now and it's still going strong.

Part is not OEM part or even part pictured in listing. Part is cheap Chinese knockoff. Save your money and do not buy this one!
